Anonymous Complaint
SafelyWhisper is a secure, confidential, and anonymous channel by default for reporting offenses and acts of corruption or related offenses, as provided for in the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers, approved by Law No. 93/2021 of December 20, as well as in the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption, approved by Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021 of December 9 .
Within the scope of this channel, the following are considered whistleblowers:
Candidate in the recruitment process
- Person in the pre-contractual negotiation phase
- Employee of the organization
Former employee of the organization
Service provider, contractor, subcontractor or supplier
- Person who acts under the supervision or direction of a service provider.
- Holder of a shareholding or member of administrative, management, supervisory or oversight bodies (including non-executive members)
Volunteer or intern (paid or unpaid)
